Shortly after lunch, the three of us, J, Czar and I, headed to Cartimar, the pet capital of the city. Initially, we put Czarcole in the front seat with us, but he kept on climbing up to J's lap to see things through his window. (I don't get why he doesn't like my side!) So to avoid any vehicular accidents, I put him in the backseat where he can freely look at the view outside, but to my surprise, he just lay there in silence. When we finally reached Cartimar, his lunch, in semi-digested form, is waiting to be cleaned right in the gap of the seats! Boo :(
We left Czarcole with the pet store stylist and it took more than an hour for the whole grooming session. I wonder if Czarcole enjoyed his treat because he hates taking a bath and having his hair cut. But whatever, he looks so much better now and is almost 100% tangle-free! Wee :) We walked him to MoA after (his first time, also) and I swear, I probably heard more than a dozen comments from random strangers about how cute he looked. :> I'm a proud sister! :D

J and I met with Dianne and JR at King One Hot Pot along Macapagal for dinner. They debated whether to eat here or Yakimix and I don't have a say because I haven't been to either and I pretty much eat anything :)) I'm not much of a fan of eat-all-you-can buffets because I think I can only eat 50% of what I'm paying for if I'm not in pigout mode. But anyway, any new food discovery is worth trying.
I'd say there is nothing much to rave about the food because you cook it your own way. However, I do love the meatballs and fishballs with cheese in its core and the mango jelly slushie. ♥ Another thing that amused me is the conveyor belt (ala sushi train) which carries small servings of food you can add to your hotpot. It is conveniently located beside the tables so you can get whatever, whenever.

We almost did not finish our food (subjected to P699 left over charge) but thankfully, some burnt scallop shell on the other half of our pot saved our crying full-tank tummies! Yay! :) The waiter emptied the other pot and threw the awful tasting contents away, saving each of us an extra P175 and more room for what's left for us to eat. *Whew*
We returned back to MoA again to walk and help our tummies digest all the food we ate. We crossed to San Miguel by the Bay (my first time!) where we downed a pitcher of Margarita in less than half an hour. (I realized I'm sober for the longest time (since January, I think) and I missed alcohol and my alcohol-drinking buddies! :D)
Cheers to good times!
Was home around one and had a serious/fun conversation with J about our previous crushes! What a nice topic, I know. (Hangover from Dianne's HS stories!) It's surprising that you can still learn a lot from a person even if you constantly talk everyday for the past two years. Definitely, the best conversations happen late at night! :)
